Lava Foot: Is this change intentional?

Lava foot normal stats: 4575 stam ---- 457 stam recov.
On PTS Lava Foot Stats: 5117 stam ---- 511 stam recov.
I'm hoping this was intentional and just not mentioned in the PTS Patch notes by mistake.
Lava foot has statistically lagged behind dubious, tri-stat, and gold food for quite some time. It is a small, but needed buff in my opinion.
If this wasn't intentional, it should be!

Huh. Good catch. Though, not sure how that helps Orcs and Khajiits since they will still need to get 3-4K more HP somewhere. -

Wouldn't have enough HP in PVE, though, no? Could always put some points into Health I guess.
