Hey,
just wanted to let your developers know that you have a major coding lazyness implemented with your launcher. When starting downloading it only checks for the maximum size of the download (69 GB) and then proceeds with the download. Once everything is downloaded, it extracts all compressed files into their .dat counterpart in the depot folder without recursively deleting those files it already processed. This means that ESO cannot be installed as long as you do not have double the space available that is needed for the actual game. So e.g. the PTS cannot be installed without having at least 138 GB of free disk space.
Users can manually circumvent this issue by deleting the already processed files in patchdata.depot on the fly while the launcher is still installing stuff.
I hope your developers keep improving and wish them all the best while they explore this new computer thingy.
Best regards
