Incaps nerf is great and it had it coming so dont care about that, can we not butcher relentless and surprise attack please? 5% reduction from surprise attack serious why not minor fracture? There is very little sources of it in the game. Relentless losing its minor berserk fine, it's made up for in ambush. Why take the sustain aspect away? It's almost impossible to hit the skill now anyway. Cloak has it own problems maybe if you take the precision mechanic away from it and give it something actually useful it will be better. It's just useless right now and promotes ganking.

Magicka has weakness to elements, and have no need of Mark. They should have kept major fracture on SA and reworked Mark Target. After all, it's Stam that needed access to Penetration.

honestly done even caring at this point... they never run out of ways to shock me with how out of the loop they are with aspects of the game. I guess its a by product of being as bad at the game as the people flooding the forums for nerfs to every class till we are all armorless and skilless spamming heavy attacks.
