Power extraction now deals almost as much damage as surprise attack and costs only 500 more. It's a pretty damn good skill now.
Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.

Too much nerf in a single patch.
We would need to completely change the actual rotation
    Bah

    -Rotation-
Spam Healthy Offering On Greater classes healing them with your lesser life blood. using Soul Siphon on cool down to Prolong your suffering. Continue to spam Healthy Offering till you die and you are free of pain.
Tbh at this point I think I will simply roll a leach blade for PvP. You know, 3 pcs swift jewelry, Jailbreaker set, that other set that negates crouch movement penalty and Concealed Weapon sloted.

I am not your average gank blade (I use hybrid tank build of my own). But since I wont be able to kill anyone on my own anymore, I might as well make an invisible tourist build, just to get some AP. Ye I know this is probably not intended way to play "pvp" but ZOS, deliberately or not is not giving simply other choice.

all changes are ok, except surprise attack change, this forces nb to use mark target, with already lack of space on skillbar that is a low blow.

    Shadowy Disguise was not nerfed.

    you get:

    Invulnerability from single target attacks.
Invulnerability from DOTS while the effect lasts.
You are also invisible and can't be targeted.
Guaranteed critical strike on your next attack.
you can also heal and recover resources while others can't attack you.
    Skill is spamable.
Very little to no counter play.

have you heard of those new skill they added to game - aoe skills, soul assault, reveal? they also recently added detect potions, look them up, they are quite coutering

Survivability - NOW WE HAVE 33% HEAL IN EVERY 5TH STACK // are you serious ZOS?!!?!?!? i need to be healed when I'm in risky situation and it lasts for 0.5 second, and not *** 5 stack heal!!!! In pvp even worse, now we dont have gank ability, so if we wont manage to kill at first strike we will be wiped right after!
    !

Just learn to play, child. @elly win Aether's dueling tournament as stamblade.

Nightblades have been top tier dps for so long and stamblades have been an absolute carry in PvP for God knows how long.
They’ve never received nerfs like other classes
    Templars in morrowind and homestead
DK’s in imperial city and dragon bones
    Sorcs in murkmire
We’ve all felt the shaft and now the nightblade will too. Bring on the salt

Must be new around here. Nightblades have been utter crap for years before they got to where they are now.
Not to mention, almost all the "nerfs" guts magblade while stamblade is relatively safe and competitive still.

This. Magblades - considered as the worst PvP class got kicked in the nuts again because of stamblades. There was many ideas how to nerf OP stamblades and at least not nerf magblades again but, well here we go again...

Ugh... Well at least I have something to blame when I die :P

But seriously, what did we expected? Magblade is already least played class in PvP, we have no voice. Let's leave it as it is, it's an elite class for only skilled players.

I would like to know why you think magblades got kicked in the nuts because of stamblades again? As far as the changes are looking, most nerfs only affect stamblades except for the loss of minor berserk.

Magblade got buffs in terms of immobilization immunity and snare immunity. The self heal of the bow proc is also nice if a bit unreliable.

Snare and root immunity is not just magblades thing, it's out there for all. Stamblades are considered as one of the most potent classes for PvP, mainly because of their burst capabilities combined with awesome synergy between cloak and roll dodge. That's why ZOS heavily nerfed SA and Grim Focus, maybe it's to far to say grim focus nerf is because of stamblades OPness, but I think it's connected. Now magblades also lose already weak damage, just to get like what? 1-2k heal in PvP and only when in melee range. That's far from buff.

That's a kick in the nuts because even this forum users agree that magblades are currently worst or one of the worst classes for PvP. Magblades more than any class needed some buffs, while all they got are another nerfs.

If they would just revert the changes with dealy and travel speed, or at least the travel speed to the projectile... I can give away that heal even now only if they allow me to land this skill again. Right now without CC lock on your enemy both morphs are useless, they give you nothing beside of easy to avoid skill for killing potatoes.
I am doing my best, but I am not a native speaker, sorry.

Mael Nightshadow - that's all you need to know.
