If I have evolved my Nascent Indrik in Dawnwood Indrik to have the Luminous Indrik i have to buy before four feathers for obtain again another Nascent Indrik? So do I need 8 feathers?

You need to buy another 4 feathers, use them to create another nascent indrik and then use 4 luminous berries to evolve it into the luminous indrik - exactly the same process as the dawnwood but with different coloured berries.

(And if you're worried about not getting enough tickets during this festival then buy the berries first - those will be gone at the end of the Anniversary celebration but you will be able to get the feathers later on.)

Yes you need another 4 Indrik feathers each time you evolve a different type of Indrik.
So 4 indrik feathers = indrik mount ,then evolve with your four dawnwood type berries into dawnwood indrik mount

Next mount 4 indrik feathers = 2nd Indrik mount+ 4 luminous type berries evolves it into the luminous indrik mount

And so forth with other indrik mount evolutions. You were correct about the 8 indrik feathers for the 2 separate indrik mounts yes
