Does the steed give 5 og 10% increase in speed?

Here it says 10 but when i click the second ink it says 5%.

Can confirm it is 10%. Tested it personally with a speedometer addon after the Murkmire adjustments.

And yes, it stacks with Orc. All +% speed bonuses (that aren't duplicate named buffs) stack additively.

Yes. As it's not a major or minor buff it stacks with other forms of speed bonuses, including Bosmer's roll dodge bonus.
