Ridiculous Queue

cvdwesteringhb16_ESO
The queue times are ridiculous, it has happened several times that im put into a 20+min Queue. Im a paying customer by sub, i think its ridiculous that im paying to end up in those ridiculous queue's. An queue of a minute or 3,4 or 5 is acceptable, but im not paying for these kind of services. What are you doing with all that money coming in ZoS? Surely not upgrading the hardware, wich you should if you offer certain services.

BTW, your message makes it seem you have not taken a moment to read the pinned thread Zos created on the subject. It would explain exactly what is happening and why.

    Everyone is a paying customer.

Creating this thread is really pointless as Zos is fairly aware of the situation and all of us are having to deal with this. You have not said anything unique or special that has not been said by many before.

    its 20 minutes.
The world is not going to end because you're in a queue. You have a computer, watch some comedy on youtube for a bit, talk with your friends on discord.

People do not sit around waiting for queues doing absolutely nothing, they kill the time with other things.
Ah, e-communities - the "pinnacle" of the internet............yeah, right.

I can deal with the temporary queues. What I don't enjoy is my 22 minutes finally ending only to get a failed to login message then hanging at the background with nothing to click on, so I'm forced to ALT+F4, then sit in another queue.

Ive read the excuses, zos always has excuses for everything. They sell services, if you sell something you have an obligation to your customers. Anticipation is the key, waiting for problems and then fix them is lame. That goes for any company that sells or offers services. I run my own business, and i would never be so cheap towards my customers.

Had that twice today. And only because i went for a coffee i was forced into another queue for 15 mins. Of course i got the "failed to login" error after that one. Then i cried and played another game instead.

I hope they sort this out quick. I don't have much time to play (1-2 hours at best) so 20 mins queue really decimates my playtime.

Edit: i also do not see the influx of players. Where are they hiding then? All in cold harbour tutorial? I know the screwed back the hardware when the players started dwindling. But I thought new shards would be created if it was to crowded. I never had a queue when the game was new and packed with players.

Anyway, i hope Zos can sort it out and i do enjoy if there is an influx of players as it would be positive for the game.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

Unless beacuse timers are much longer than they seem and after waiting for 35 mins you realize that you have logged out due to inactivity.

I know exactly what you mean, i am in the same boat. Not everybody can play for bloody hours.

While I do appreciate your input, the pinned thread says nothing about the queue failing and freezing. I am quite prepared to queue but ZOS is not prepared to let me queue the allotted time and then play their game :/

Yeah just ignore that guy. He loves to criticize people who start threads. I keep hearing of people having way longer than expected queue times. It is worrisome. Luckily so far my wait times have been as advertised.
