Best pvp class for solo?

In your opinion, what do you think is the best class for pvp as a solo? Feel free to explain why

Stamina Warden imo is the best class to solo in PvP. Warden has a good offense with (sub assault, heroic slash, db/permafrost, execute), can get away from fights quickly if needed using bird of prey, and good self heals with netch.

Stamina Nightblade is good too for single target fights that last less than 5 seconds.

This is indisputable and any top level 1vXer will tell you the same.

Why? Mobility. No other class can move bar Stamsorc, but they are a dizzy swing class so they’re immediately sub-par. Mobility is everything in this game so both of these classes having powerhouse offenses with mobility puts them head and shoulders above the rest.

It depends. In an arena-like setting I would say Dragon Knight.

In an open field setting I would say Nightblade.

Magsorcs make up around 60% of the 1vX videos nowadays so I'd say they're definitely the best.

Other than that it's either Nightblades, Wardens or Stam sorc.

Stamina warden no question it doesn't have any limitations. The main reason is it's mobility in heavy armor, combine that with its class abilities that make it ridiculously tanky you have incredible survivability. It also has just as much burst as a stamina nightblade or a mag sorc but it's burst is AOE making it superior for open world PvP. I don't really see any way you could put another class over stamina warden for 1vX

Stamblade and magsorc are also really good I think magsorc may be a little better than stamblade but they are honestly to close to choose between. The reason I put stamina warden over these two is it's healing and the fact that it's burst is AOE while sorc and nightblade damage is all single target. Which means Stamden could kill multiple players at the same time. Both magsorc and stamblade are better for random open world 1v1 encounters against better players though so if you care about that I would actually pick one of those over warden.

There's skilled players with every class. The kit of the magsorc gives it some of the best mobility, the best burst, and some of the best mitigation in the game. I'm expecting them to be toned down next update, and hopefully we'll see cloak reworked next update as well to make it less powerful against single target and less useless against certain AoEs.

It’s not disputable. Sorc is the best magicka solo class by a landslide.

There is no best class/race for PvP, its down to the skill of the player or in a small amount of cases how well they can cheat and not get caught.

Yup, best class to be solo on and take off running after a couple ticks. Runs pretty fast too...and hops a lot lol

To the OP, it really is whatever class you vibe with. I personally enjoy 1vX most on a stamplar and the secondly on a magicka dk and I’ve tried every class except magicka warden at this point. But not many would say that either of those classes are good 1vX classes. The generic answers are stamina warden and stamina Nightblade. Magicka sorc with SB and matriarch is very tank backbar and can be really good at noob crushing. But again if you don’t like the class or like the way it plays you won’t do well.

1. MagSorc bc you can always pick your fights however you want
2. For an already set x szenario stamina warden
3. Stamina nb bc you can pick your fight, have the best defensive in game and would be 2. Or 1. If shadow image wasent still bugged

After that all classes come only down to your skill,gear and the quality and quantity of x

And the Top 3 Stamina classes in PvP IMHO are:

1. Stamina NB
2. Stamina DK
3. Stamina Warden

That's like asking how many ways can we use the skin of a dead argonian.

Given my half understanding of my current leveling Warden, and it's performance in Cyrodiil and BGs I would say stam Warden. It feels that you cannot go wrong on a full hybrid build as it has the tools both magicka and stamina to deal with everything. And an annoying pet on top.

However given how well I know and play Templars over the last 5 years, (I have 4 of them), would say the latter either Stamina or Magicka.
Templars have the set of skills to do everything and are completely underrated because the average templar trying to spam the use of jabs, and that hampers them. Also they have the sticker of "weakling class" from 2014, contrary to today reality.

@BalticBlues IMO Stamden is just a bit ahead of DK, they have better burst & crowd control (permafrost being the best ult in the game right now when there's a lot of people) But I guess it's just an opinion, there's so many people that think like you or me, can't really tell which one is the best at this point ^^'

as i've heard from really strong 1vXers in the game, the top is:

1. Stamblade (is really ahead, because their capability of legit one-shoting someone and cloack away)
2. Sorcerer (both stamina & magicka because their insane mobility)
3. Stamdk/Stamden

As some people have mentioned, this is really stamina oriented, but something like MagDK can be really strong. It's an hard class to learn but really rewarding.
Magplar has also really strong selfheals.
Magblade is in a really bad shape right now, even though it can make some great burst.
