After joining a new guild, i was not able to invite my friend to the party. I was not even been able to pm him. 1-st time i thought that my PM is broken and asked some guys from guild to pm me, and boom - i got pm messages from others.
When this bug was happened? i think after joining new guild.
i forgot to make screenshot, so error text was something like: you cannot invite "@Name" because of he is from another alliance. We both were in craglorn, near skyreach. So it is definitely not a PvP zone.
Happily, relogging helped to resolve that issue. I had to wait 6 minutes in the queue, btw -_-
