More events with more rewards is great and all but when you have such a high frequency of time-sensitive events that include random elements which can see you spending nearly all your free time trying to get all the rewards before they are gone; you are only really going to encourage people feeling burnt out or like they are loosing out.
Daily rewards had the problem at one point of trying to encourage players to log-in religiously everyday in order to earn the best rewards; now thankfully the better reward are more considerately placed around the middle of the month. It would be nice to see the same consideration applied to events.
I'm not saying we should have less rewards or get rid of the time-sensitivity that help make unique items that more rare and unique. I'm just saying that the time-sensitive or timesink aspects behind these events could do with toning down a bit. We already have the time-sensitive Indrik mounts and pets, do we really need time-sensitive motifs that can become a timesink on top of that?
(Sure, with this event the tickets can be gotten almost instantly, but this is not the case with all events and is not the case with motifs. - additionally it will be impossible to get all of the berries, a new set of feathers and the pet during this event without actually buying more tickets)
(Sure, you can just buy the motifs from guild stores, however these are only going to go up in value and down in quantity, in addition to being a potential big coin drain for anyone who only plays casually - this is something that could be balanced out much better by having these motifs return over multiple events instead of just a single week)
(Sure, no one has said you have to get all the rewards but that doesn't mean that things would not be considerably improved if they were a bit more considerate- especially again for casual players. Additionally for those who would class the motifs as an added bonus, you can't really count the new motifs as an additional bonus on top of the mount and pet due to their time-sensitive nature- the only additional bonus is the non-time-sensitive motifs.)
