Pre Ordering Elsweyr Confusion

I bought the expansion the other day (digital collectors edition). No issues as such. Got the code, got my mount for pre ordering etc,
My confusion is it says i should get instant access to summerset. But i dont.
Also, there is bonus digital content including costume, pet etc, as well as the collectors edition items, will these be available at launch?

Jinxxy85✭✭✭Did you upgrade by any chance? As upgrades don't gain the access to previous expansions, only a full purchase gets those.
And yes you'll receive the extra digital content on release. I'm pretty sure that's confirmed and it's also how it worked with the collectors edition goodies when I pre-ordered Summerset a year ago. -

It's not instant access, it's early access. People with that get to access the content in late May while everyone else waits until June 6th.
He says instant access to Summerset, not elsewyr.
He would get instant access to Summerset if he bought he full game, but instead bought the expansion (so, no Summerset unless he buys it separately)٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶
