All Clockwork city dailes give reward boxes including the crow daily.

I knew the collector quest gave reward box and kind of make sense as even its not in an delve its in an quest dungeon.
However the crow dailies also give boxes.
Yes handing over junk to a crow :)

Yes they can be shared :)

    To keep things balanced, Hews Bane's delve quests give no boxes at all.
