Hello PC EU war veterans! How active is the No CP campaign there!

So my withdrawls from the alliance war are starting to consume me. And since going back to console, where only the CP campaign sees action btw, is too painful at this point. You know, 30 frames on a good day and other such struggles. I've been considering starting fresh (ugh, it's gonna be hard going from 10 max characters, 90% of sets, 90% of motifs.....), so I ask you fine soldiers. How is the no-CP campaign, and what are the most active alliances? Though I'll likely stick with the pact and make my Tidehunter toon again.
