I think is time to stop paying for something you can't deliver.

I just love the new waiting que, especially how well thought out it is. For example, now when i was in a PUG HRC raid, just about to get inte the last bit with chests and boss, and i get a D/C. It just feels great to have a standard que kick in, then get locked at 4,50 for 10 mins. Lova that it doesnt have complicating fancy functions like letting people through that are disconnected, i.e. doesnt check if there are characters still online to let you bypass que. who needs that? Works great really, like Trump says: This system is the best.

Temporary or not, a AAA game this size, with the income it generates, with 11 million players + it has (apparently) it should have the infrastructure in place.

Its run on servers that just cant cope, Akamai traceroutes prove the bottleneck starts there, reported numerous times, what do the devs say? Nothing, there silence is deafening, only when the proverbial is hitting fan do they roll out the guy in charge to try and appease the player base with really lame excuses, because they are lame excuses.

Its nothing short of Amatuerism at its best, not what you would expect from a company the size of bethesda/zenimax.

I know for a fact if i did my job the way they do there job, well i wouldnt have a job, its that simple.

No one is going to want to go to the trouble of cancelling their sub, if it's just a temporary problem.

If it goes on for weeks/months and nothing changes, that may be another matter, though.

Was 10.5 mins when I first tried to log-in.

Now it's 1.5 mins.
