I think morrowind was able to be bought in the crown store, and i Know the warden class is in the crown store.

✭✭✭✭✭My guess: Necromancer will be in the Crown Store, like Warden. Access to Elsweyr zone will be in the Crown Store, much the same as Vvardenfell.
When that happens is anyone's guess, but I suspect it will be in 2020, right around when Chapter 4 is rolled out.
IF, that is, they do the same with Summerset that they did with Morrowind. If they come up with another, different, idea, then Elsweyr will probably follow that.
