What to use Undaunted keys for?

I had some Undaunted Keys for a few months and I read somewhere that I should save them when I hit CP160. I finally hit CP160 so going to use them. Now I forget how to use them. I am on Xbox now, but when I was on PC I used the keys before hitting 160. I just grabbed the chest that was in front of me in the middle. So now I waited, but what chest should I use? Does it matter? I forget what was told or what I read on how to use the keys.
Just want to make sure before using them. Does it matter or do the chests mean something and I need to think which one to use. Also is this a daily and I can get keys doing quests for them? If so what should I be trying to get?

Get them doing daily undaunted quests? Yes, and if you do the veteran HM challenge for the dungeon then you'll get two keys.
Should you know which chest to use first? Yes, especially if you are trying to obtain a certain monster set. Do a little research (google is your friend) on which chest holds what monster shoulder. Then you'll need to do the corresponding dungeon on Veteran to get the monster helm.
What should you be trying to get? Well that depends on your build and what "role" you're going for. -

✭✭✭The three chests contain monster helm set shoulders associated with the dungeons given out as pledges by the three pledge givers respectively. So, as said above, do some research on what shoulders you want and focus on farming that chest. This link can help associate sets with chests: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Monster_Helm_Sets
The shoulders come in each of the three weights. Helms come from the corpse of the final boss of the associated dungeon when you complete that dungeon in vet mode.
The reason it may have been wise to wait until CP160 to use your keys is that the level of the shoulders is determined at the time you open the chest (not when you earn the key). So waiting till CP160 precludes getting low level shoulders.PC NA (PvE)
