No jubilee reward for world boss daily in Hew’s Bane

✭✭✭✭✭Hmmm, do any Regular World Bosses drop these, or only the ones with Quests? Hews Bane is weird that the quests are near the WB but can be done independently or the WB can be killed with no quest active.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
