Crown Store Screw Up

Banner of Namira and Tapestry of Namira have the wrong graphic/name in store advertisement.
After getting almost all junk from 15 crown crates I resigned myself to spending crown gems on 2 of the items I actually wanted, the statue of Namira and the larger banner (with a large center and 2 smaller banners on it's side as seen in the display) after purchase I found I had instead gotten the smaller one, I went back into the crown store and found the display graphics did not match the preview.
I did put in a ticket on this but your system does not let me say WHAT was wrong with the item, hence this.
Bad enough I get a load of junk for all my money...
Not very conducive to getting people to spend more on something that returns so little as is
