Playing an Argonian DPS - is it bad now?

I really like Argonian's and I want to play an Argonian Stamina Warden but the way it looks - it will not be much benefit anymore. Are there plans to change Argonian's in the Elsewyr streams or will I have trouble as an Argonian Stamden being taken seriously for pug trials etc?

✭✭Oh you'll be fine in pug trials; not so in scorepushing groups or even some progression groups though; some raiders have the mindset that "if it's not specifically a 'casual' group then bring a BiS race toon" which is honestly BS.
As for actual dps power, you'll be fine below top-tier trial scorepushing. At this point, your biggest hurdles would be finding a group that isn't a bunch of misguided elitists as well as playing the right class.

Well, I really don't want to be in elitist groups anyway so I should be okay then. I don't understand how that's fun for people. Also, why be elitist if they don't have clears?0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Actually Nord are better for Stamina dps than Argonians, but Argonians are better for magicka dps than Nords.
The gap is 8% or so, which is a lot to these scorepushing groups but not enough that you need to feel like you are dragging down your entire raid.
Also keep in mind that with your potion passive you can get away with having a little less recovery than others and still sustain fine.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0
