PC NA error 108 / 200

For the last 2 hours bouncing between error 108 and 200 when logging in. Occasionally, once i do get through I'm immediately kicked with unknown error after character select or first load screen; if not then the game is unplayable with 5 seconds (approx) lag slow moving character and inability to interact with the world which ends in... sudden kick to log in screen --- very annoying.
Am I the only one?

CaiWenji✭✭✭✭I got error 200 the other day. It only happened once so I didnt say anything. I was thinking it could be related to the high amount of people connecting. Guild bank deposits and retrievals are certainly a whole lot slower with this event.0 -
