Not Getting PC Support

Dear @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

One of my alt accounts is not getting authorization emails, so I am unable to login either the web site account page or the game itself. Here are the Indent numbers:

Anyone else have this issue?

This is the 3rd day thus far, I am losing my daily rewards on that account, event tickets, and other items because I am unable to log in.
