Pull my leg, ZOS is dishing out another glob of extra love to PC/EU customers.
Group finder not working at all during prime time and during off-hours it groups faulty (not including a tank for CoA2, my goodness ...) and puts a 1h punishment cooldown on top if you leave group. Would not be surprised if this cooldown extended for another hour after ticking down ...
