i keep crashing at login

i log in, select my character, get the "shadowfen" load screen, and then crash: eso has quit unexpectedly
restarted computer
launched as admin: same crash
tried on another acct: got in
deleted user settings and logged in on original acct: same crash

anyone have any ideas?

Try backing up your entire "...\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online" folder, then delete it (the original folder, not the backup of course). See if that helps.

quick question...has this chracter been logged in since the last *big* update? If not, check to see if the character in question was riding the Silver Dawn Argent Charger. If so, you need to petition Zos to temporarily remove the mount, so you can change to another before it is readded to your account.
