Stamdk/ Magplar / Stam and Mag Necro - Help me out please!

Good evening!

So I've been playing a stamden for quite a while now, and had plans to PvP and PvE with him alike. However, upon reaching cp level i have been finding it a bit one sided and boring, at least to my taste (no offense to all the stamdens out there). My main will be a stamina toon.

So, I've been working on a magicka toon as an alt, and i chose a templar. Also, i like the idea of a stam dk, but upon seeing the necro skills i'm divided.

My question goes out to you who know more about this game than I do, eheh. Should i go with a stamdk as a main and maybe a necro for magicka, or go with a necro stamina toon and keep my templar for magicka.

Thank you for your thoughts and opinions and have a good week!

Well, you could easily level a toon or 3 by the time the necromancer drops. It is still way to soon to tell how they are going to fair, but at first glance, they have a fair amount of stamina morphs and lots of healing and utility. There sustain also looks like its going to be excellent. I think they will immediately find work as support roles in trial groups and will be very powerful in open world PVP.

I would level your magplar. They are great healers and do very competitive ranged DPS, allowing you lots of flexibility with your role and type of content. At least that gives you something to do in the meantime. It's hard for me to recommended stam DK to anyone. They can definitely be strong in the right hands in PVP, but they are a very average stamina class in PVE. If you think stamden is boring, I wouldnt touch a stam DK. Haha. At least Stamden has a unique class skill to build a damage rotation around.

As to the necro line, again, way to soon to tell, but if I had to guess, they are NOT going to come out of the gates as the meta DPS. Warden didnt either. It's the most objective thing to compare against other classes, so I think ZOS will be careful to silence the P2W crowed. I think if you want to play more of a utility/support role, magic will be the way to go. If you want to play more of a damage or brawler type PVP build, stam will be better. But at this point, it's all just fancy guesswork.

That's a very good point, i was thinking of working on my Magplar in the meantime, since I've been having fun with it.
Considering the stamdk i'd say the thing that draws me to it are the way the class looks and it's abilities, they're flashy I mean eheh. I'd say i don't my main to be top tier dos, just want him to hold his own in PvP and do respectable damage in PvE. It seems stamnecro will be in this categoria, as stamdk is right now.
