Backstory:
Been playing ESO off and on since launch but never dedicated enough continuous time to reach max level and obtain veteran ranks while they were still available (Before the champion system I mean).
That said, is it still possible to obtain the costumes rewarded by the old veteran ranks? (Specifically the Golden Saint and Mannimarco’s).
