I would like to thank to one person who was reviewing my ticket from the customer support few minutes ago today about lost event tickets (because of the 12/12 limit and not realizing that I am maxed out therefore losing two event tickets when giving back quest).
This person reviewed my ticket and checked on my account seeing I am telling the truth and granting me the two event tickets.
So just wanted to say thanks to Nadia (without reopening the ticket by replying on it), if this thanks could reach said person it would be perfect because we need more people like this in the customer support compared to my previous experience.
