Request: Auto-Slot Rapids When Mounted for Consoles

Maybe while mounted, you just autoswap to a 3rd skill bar for mounted skills somewhat like how it works for werewolf since you can't actually cast anything else while mounted. It would also open up some design space to add more skills for use specifically while mounted.

Rapids just needs to be completely changed. With the changes to the skill it's pretty much only used for mount speed now. Trash it, and replace it with anything else. Increase base mount speed by 30% to compensate.
