I have a ticket open for 5 days now regarding a bug that makes my game unplayable.
Despite my numerous attempts of making contact with you people I cannot. I’ve had not one reply or reassurance that this was even being handled. I’m literally waiting in the dark hoping this gets fixed.
ZOS really needs to work on their customer service... it’s probably the worst in any video game I’ve ever seen.
