I have spent 2 hours trying to download 25mb of a patch. I have read other posts about this issue. I realize that you will not help anyone with this issue. I just wanted to add my complaint to the pile that you are ignoring. If you can't fix the issue, just say that you guys have no idea what is wrong with your product. But don't try to blame my ISP for this. I own hundreds of games, and have never had this problem. This is a poor showing from your company.
