it's because of all those delays - chats, structure dmg, usual crap after patches, old bug resurfacing from spaghetti bowl

Haha, but even forum is laggy for me.

And plus some for loading screen.
Any markers and actions on map have huge delay. Like scroll icon, keep under siege.
Nice maintenance.

You're lucky if you have only 3-5 minutes loading screen, mine is infinite. Yet another successful maintenance! I wonder which feature they will break after the next maintenance.

Now I also have issue with friend list and guild list. After log in they are completely empty.
