Getting a possible refund on a duplicate berry?

I have a duplicate berry that I bought back when the berries first came out, when I thought that we had to get 4 of the exact same kind of berry, not that we'll end up getting 4 dawnwood berries of slightly different name...
I was wondering if you guys think it's worth putting in a ticket for a possible ticket refund for this or am I pretty much out of luck?

Update: Okay I went ahead and asked them and they were able to do it! They asked me to destroy the berries and then they refunded my tickets, so yay!

All you can do is submit ticket to support. Reply to their automated email and hope for the best.

I would bet the answer is "no".

I bought one and then realized that it will be worthless since I can't get the other 3 before they go away. Noting this in a ticket (with another item) just got a reply to "look in the bug report forum" and they completely removed my ticket.

Annoying.

I guess I got super lucky, because the person I got was like 'yeah sure! Just delete the berry and we'll refund the tickets once you tell us!' and then I used those tickets to get the cute baby indrik, I'm stoked!

I'd suggest trying again and hoping you get a nicer person.

They may have missed my question about that since it was with another issue. I was trying to save their time and they just ignored part of my question. I may try again after I have space for a 10 writ refund.
