Missed 2 Tickets

I had 2 days where I only got 1 ticket each time in the Jesters event. This should be impossible since it is 2 tickets for this event. But on Day 2 I got to 3 tickets (I zeroed myself out on the first day with a berry purchase). I went to 4 tickets the following day and running my first daily on Day 4 correctly got me 2 tickets, so I am now at 6.

I entered a ticket, but the support staff just said that the bug was noted and I should check this forum. I am still down 2 event writs. Those are important to me since I have gotten so few overall.

Do I have any way to get the missing 2 event writs/tickets?

But here you say Day 4??? = 2 tickets


2 + 3 + 4 + 2 = 11 total tickets but you say you only received 6

Something doesn't seem right here as the Jester's Festival started on March 21st and we are on Day 4 right now.

Maybe you should post a screenshot of your event tickets? To show you have not received 8 in total since it started.

Let me restate this:

Day 1 - 2 writs
Day 2 - 1 writ
Day 3 - 1 writ
Day 4 - 2 writs

I didn't take screenshots, because I didn't even think of that.

I am probably out of luck, but it is annoying.

No way to prove I used the 10 I had just before the event started.

I would not have noticed at all since I don't watch that very closely (though I probably should) except that it hitting an odd number and then going back to even popped into my attention.

And I would have little incentive to lie about this for 500 Crowns of value, though I am sure some will still think I am lying.

I am just very annoyed. Not enough to stop playing, but things like this chip away at good feelings for the game. Similar issues are the reason I no longer play WoW after having 50 characters, about half at top level at the time (Pandaria).

Now you're saying you only received 1 writ on Day 2 but in your original post you said you received 3 event tickets on Day 2...

If something in the game is not right, always take a screenshot.

If you noticed on Day 1 of the event and it did not say 2 event tickets before you hit "Complete Quest," then you should have taken a screenshot BEFORE completing the quest...

You knew you were supposed to receive 2 each day on first jester quest.

I'm sorry I'm just having a hard time following what you are trying to say is wrong.

I was at 3 writs after Day 2. I didn't say it clearly. Getting 3 writs on a day would be too many of course.

I am not sure what is still unclear after my previous post. I only got 1 writ on Day 2 and Day 3.

Ah well.

I can understand their questioning in the ticket. But just closing it (and deleting it) without addressing the 2 missing tickets/writs is the annoying part.

Take screenshots for any bugs that you see.

Go to the ESO official website.

Send in support ticket.

Having screenshots or videos helps the support team fully understand the problem and can help you faster.
