[PC-NA] Battleground Matches will not start

I tried to play a single match of Battlegrounds on each of my low level characters and not a single one will start.

In all 6 cases, There were 2 teams with only 2 people.

Waited in each of them for 15 minutes but no one joined.

Still received 20 minute Deserter Penalty for leaving even though all of the matches were stuck on "Waiting for Players."

I guess the "Emergency Maintenance" wasn't for fixing anything that was actually game breaking...

I made another post about this but it's now 100x worse than before. I can't even get into ONE Battleground match.

Please fix or remove penalty until it gets fixed.

EDIT: Even though I waited 15 minutes in each Battlegrounds match, I still received the FULL 20 minute deserter penalty.

EDIT (2): Just tried yet another Battleground match and this is what I joined in on:



I mean... is this a joke?

I waited 20 minutes and not a single other person joined any of the teams... This is my 7th attempt today trying to complete one Battleground Match.

Aaaaand I still got the 20 minute deserter penalty.

This is seriously becoming a huge problem as it's completely game breaking.
