So, today I was handing in my master writs, pressed "E" a bit too fast and accidentally bought a centurion praxis for 275 writ vouchers. (IKR very stupid)
Bummed out like !@#$%^&*() I sent a ticket about my issue. Sure it took a couple of hours, but I got my vouchers refunded.
ZoS could've easily said !@#$%^&*() haha not our problem, but nope they actually helped me out.
Just a shoutout to ZoS, thanks a bunch ^^

    Not always awesome, but they do try and succeed often enough. I had an issue recently that was not solved in an awesome manner so definitely not "always".
