(almost) entire group freeze in Cyrodiil - PC/EU, Vivec

Hey,
this is the second time within 10 days we've experiencing this bug: almost the whole group is stuck in a freeze as if it ran right into an invisible wall. In the video attached you can even see the line, its really as straight as made with a ruler. And you can see that a non-group player is stuck there as well. Happened right in front of Roe main gate, first time it occurced north of Bleakers northern postern, so its not attached to one glitchy location.
Any cue what is causing this and how to avoid? First time our whole group wiped because were completely helpless for 10+ seconds in the middle of the fight. No movement possible, no skills activating, no potion or anything. This time I was luckly not stuck myself so I can provide a nice video of the group freeze.
