Locked screen on Loading screen

I'm not sure if this is a bug. I tried to enter a zone dungeon today in Stonefalls when I was in a 12man group and got screen locked on the loading screen image, and I couldn't open any other program including Task Manager as the window wouldn't appear since the game's loading screen image would always be on top layer. Then I had to ctrl-alt-delete to sign out and then sign back in to start game client again. But for the 2nd time got screen locked at the same zone dungeon. A few hours later, the same issue happened as I tried to enter a trial dungeon when I was also in a 12man group. Maybe it is an issue about being in a 12man group when entering a dungeon?
