Game won't update. Error 210. Cannot connect to www.elderscrollsonline.com

My launcher sits a looong time, then opens the update window, then opens a small window with "Error 210". I ran the game consultant, generating a text file, but I cannot upload it.
Neither Firefox nor Chrome browser can reach www.elderscrollsonline.com or help.elderscrollsonline.com.
I normally don't play this early in the day, but my friend elsewhere in California called with this problem, so I tried to help him troubleshoot it.

thom_ESO✭✭Same issue here. Cannot connect to the patch server or to any of the elderscrollsonline websites except the forums. Cannot access the help site either.0
