Why do you constantly force all people into the same dungeons / areas collecting the same things - everyone is there at the same time after work annoyed that other people are snatching there things - the whole process is just unbelievably tedious and annoying and after 5 years you still cant come up with more interesting better events...unbelievable

Grandma✭✭✭✭✭if you hate the game please for the love of god stop hurting yourself and just move on. I cannot tell you how many people i know who just bend over backwards to continue playing games they're invested in even though they hate the game and hate playing it. It's like drugs but worse because it's not even supposed to be harmful, you're only hurting your mental health.
anyways, nobody's forcing you to do the quest. Nobody even asked you to. You already have the pie of misrule so just use it. And sorry but i hardly count the jester's festival as "poorly planned" or "dumb" because they perfectly encapsulate the stupid-fun aspect of the elder scrolls universe that they practically mimic from what they've seen their playerbase do and discover. The design makes sense, you don't need to use 20 wayshrines because all the quests are close to the jester's tent (minus the skywatch part of the auridon one) and it's not like the new life one where there were 7, there's only 1 in each zone. i'd go so far as to say it's one of the better design events even if i don't like the aesthetic.
