Workaround for inaccessible menus/maps while dead in cyro

I've heard a ton of people complaining about this since wrathstone, so I figured I'd share a workaround that I discovered (works on xbox, I assume it does on the other platforms as well). Something was changed this patch which prevented players who were dead in cyro from accessing the map or the start menu. This is super inconvenient as it prevented you from seeing where the conflicts were on the map before resurrecting, as well as typing in guild/group chats or using your inventory.

The workaround is very simple. Once dead, press "A" to open the revive map. Press select to close the revive map, then select once again as the map closes. If done correctly, this will open the standard cyrodiil map with conflicts and resources. The same method works for opening your inventory, simply close the revive map via select and hit start as it closes, and your start menu should open.

Hope this helps some of you!

Oh I’m definitely going to try that today. This change especially sucks on my low-level alts without much mount training yet, as it’s harder to look for keeps that are about to be tagged, but not yet. Nothing more frustrating than missing the party because of a slow ride.
