Can we have a 2, 3 and 4 piece bonus without losing a set bonus for certain sets

Assassin's Guile:
(2 items) Adds 833 Spell Critical
(3 items) Adds 833 Weapon Critical
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage and
(5 items) Increases the duration of your alchemical poisons by 4 seconds.
I want to use this on a magic character with moon hunter but it kills me to know I am wasting the 3 set bonus. Just frustrated.

Better idea is to stack 2pc and 3pc crit bonuses into one bonus like its 4pc of spd+wpd, to make it proper hybrid set. And you cant say that you completely loose 3pc bonus tho as set boost poisons and poisons scale of weapon critical.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭They should really just combine crit and penetration bonuses across the board. It would make synergies, poisons, hybrids and cp all more viable without "buffing" current sta DD or mag DD setups.
Maybe it would increase game performance by simplifying the code of the game.0 -

How do you think I feel having to run Alkosh on five different tank builds:
2 pc: Weapon Crit - useless
3pc: Damage buff - useless
4pc: Weapon Damage - useless
5pc: The debuff it applies to armor is useful for group, not directly for me, not does the DoT it does scale well with Tank CP, so not the strongest -- But this 5 pc is the sole reason tanks run Alkosh.
At least now with JC I can change the stupid Robust rings to something more useful if needed.
