How do I subscribe?

Aloha and hello everyone,

So I recently received an email from <email@elderscrollsonline.com> titled:

THROW PIES, EARN REWARDS DURING JESTER’S FESTIVAL

Where do I go to subscribe to that using a different email address?

I think you'd need to change the email address associated with your account on this site. Or create a new account. Though, I'm not 100% sure.

The email subscription is tied to the email of your ESO-account. Log in to your account and change the email there.

Umm, well there is the thing. I have 2 accounts. They are both very different.

The email associated with this account is my eso plus account, and has a windows version and a steam version. This is the email account I like to get these notices.

My second account, is a different email, and a very different, NON eso plus account. That is the email associated with in which I do receive the email subscriptions to upcoming events.

This account, that I'm currently asking this question. at the account page for my account profile, at the marketing link section, both check boxes and ticked:

MARKETING PREFERENCES
.
I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE NEWS ABOUT NEW EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS
.
SEE MORE RELEVANT ZENIMAX ADS ON OTHER SITES BY SHARING MY EMAIL ADDRESS. SEE PRIVACY POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS.

I assume this is how I'm getting the notices via email at the other email address but it doesn't come in on this one. Example getting notices at yahoo but not msn domains.

Usually most sites have a subscribe link or button on the actual news page that you read and are interested in learning more as it comes in, I cannot find this option anywhere at www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/home?

Should I now just contact support? Or is there a link to subscribe to news somewhere on this site?

Ticking the checkboxes you mentioned on your account page should be all that is required to get the emails. If they are checked and you still don't receive any email, you might want to contact support. There is no other option to subscribe to the emails, as far as I am aware.
