Sorcerer Tank Pet: Unstable Clannfear Improvement

This pet heal is OK for a Tank but you have too Slot Pet Skill on both bar.

To make it better for Sorcerer Tank, Cleanfear attack should restore some stamina or casting this skill should restore 980 Stamina (as Helping Hand passive work for DK)

    Or you can just not use the pet. Templars have no % heal and they can tank just fine. I tanked on a magicka DD attributes and CP sorc without the pet vMoS and vFL hard modes. no need to make tank sorcs BiS (and I still believe sorcs are master class to be honest)

    Why not Sorcer Tank shall be competitive or good?

    They make currently worst tanks, VMOS and VFL are not strongest game contents either.

    True, but I don't understand why you say that they can't be competitive. They can. It is just that dk's are tank master race.

    Resource wise, ZOS just needs to make Dark Deal not have a cast time and Sorc Tanks would be golden.

    As for the Clannfear, I'd like it to have a unique interaction with Bound Armor as in activating Bound Armor in proximity to the Clannfear causes a Guard-like tether to appear and split the damage you take with the Clannfear. You could take this a bit further and have this tether work with the other pets as well to provide other Tank based effects, so tethering with a Scamp will electrify Bash attacks, dealing x Lightning damage and Tethering with a Twilight will restore Magic.

    Personally I don't like it. I prefer passive resource return, like rune focus or siphoning strikes. Having to blast through my magicka pool, when I need it for things like streak and crit surge is not something I'm fond of. Not to mention the whole skill just feels clunky af. With the nerf to it I find myself spamming dark deal more than ever.
    Then there's daedric protection passive for 20% stam regen, but you have to slot a daedric skill on your bars, which is not easy to do as a stamina sorc. Basically the whole resource management on stam sorc sucks the big ones, and feels very poorly thought out.

    As a sorc tank mainer I totally disagree with you.

    Clannfear heal is stronger than DK's Green Dragon Blood. Slotted Clannfear gives you unique buff for HP and stamina regen what can be combined with Major/Minor Fortitude and Endurance. Plus extra 8% HP. Pets were designed to be slotted on both bars, otherwise it would break the balance.

    Making clannfear restoring stamina per attack/cast would increase already perfect stamina management on Sorc Tank. Trust me, I run SnB+Bow build and I have never had a problem with stamina.

    Leave this skill alone. It's already great balanced.

    The Clannfear is amazing, I grouped with a sorc tank yesterday, VMOS HM, I was keep dying so bad, the other 4xx dps was same.

    The sorc tank and healer just clear all the Shades and adds every hunting phase, most of the time the sorc tank solo because healer also died sometimes, the tank rev we all after the adds clear, but we all died again..about 3 times, but sorc tank made one mistake at 19% and we end.

    I didn't capture the video, it was HM, how could sorc tank survived and killed all adds at the same time, its cool.

    While I had the same thing with my sorc tank, I am going to tell you now that if at 20% not everyone alive when you go out of the hunt phase, it is a wipe. Because after 20%, hunt phases are on timer, and adds keep spawning all the time, no way to resurrect. Also no pet required to do that.

    Sorc already has a skill that restores stamina. The suggestions is not needed.

    My immediate thought upon reading OP is that as it has to be slotted on both bars you get 8% more max Health, which is a big deal. Couple this with an already huge heal and it's kinda OP.
