Attacks wont fire - Target dummies - Front bar freezes

Front bar freezes, attacks will not fire. Usually happens a few seconds after starting combat.
Switching to back bar and back, usually allows a couple of attacks to then fire, but then freezes again.
Sometimes a lot of attacks will suddenly all fire at once after a long freeze.

Skill bar shows attacks being pressed.
Tried on multiple dummies.
In multiple houses.
Tried on most days.
On Different internet networks.
Even different control pad, just to eliminate variables.

This started after the update prior to Wrathstone, and since wrathstone now occurs in dungeons also.

Please fix this ASAP it’s taking the mick.
