Missed Event Tickets

I was wondering if there were any plans to help those that missed out on Event Tickets from not being able to log in to the game because of the issues yesterday (3/12/19).

The upcoming 5 year anniversary will be 5 weeks long and you can get 2 a day from it. That will more then make up for any lost event tickets.
Thought it was just one ticket. Two is pretty insane.

It’s not that extreme when you remember how much new stuff is going to be in the Impressario’s stocks during the Anniversary event. For one thing there’s going to be companion outfit styles made available through the vendor, and I believe a new pet will be there too.

There’s gonna be a ton of stuff and only 20 of those 70 possible tickets need to go toward Indriks

Considering they've never done anything extra to help out people who were unable to log in or otherwise unable to get events tickets before (like when the dungeon finder wasn't working during the Undaunted Event) I think it's extremely unlikely they'll do anything now.

However as other people have said each event so far, including this one, has provided more tickets than you need to get the new items so there is an opportunity catch up if you can spend extra days doing the events.

Well, it won't help you if you wanted those tickets for the Q1 exclusive Dawnwood Indriik...

The Jesters Festival is still yet to happen for Q1 though, and we don't know how many tickets ZOS intends to offer then.

There was an abundance of tickets during these Q1 events. Every time I was able to get a berry and a feather and then store up nearly the full next 10 tickets for the next event, so it’s not that the chances weren’t there

There’s still a whole ‘nother event coming up to buy more berries, and as per usual you’ll be able to get enough tickets for multiple berries, so even if you didn’t take part in this event you’ll be able to get all the berries for the Dawnwood without paying for them in the crown store

At this point ZoS should just make short events and then slap extensions on them to make people happy. If they make longer event because they obviously expect possible issues with big update hitting in middle of it they arent reducing complains at all.

We do know. It's 26 tickets.

From the crown store showcase (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/55821) we know the Jester's Festival will run from March 21 to April 2:
    Event Ticket

Single Event Tickets will be available in the Crown Store on all platforms starting on March 21. They will be available for purchase during in-game event periods, and will also be giftable to other players from within the Crown Store. The first date range will be March 21 to April 2, during the Jester’s Festival.

And we can earn 2 tickets each day (from the ingame tutorial):

No but but maintenance+patch download+issue could have stopped many people from logging in

I haven't gotten a single ticket this time either, since it takes more time than I have had to pad out enough of the needed quests ahead of time. At least the previous one only had a short lead in. This one required a LOT more to get to the point of earning the first ticket.

Disappointing, though I have my mount and I am unlikely to get a whole lot more. I certainly won't have a stable full of them.

Or maybe they could... not do massive patches in the middle of events? No, wait, that would imply that marketing is talking to technical.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... were I to pull something like this at work repeatedly like zos does, I would be fired, and it would be deservedly so.

How dare you not play the game all the time as well! It must be nice for some to have no life outside the game.
