Trader search is buggy, ps4 na

If you search in one area then port to another then search a trader you will get the message " There are no items that match both your filters and your item name text. Please modify your search and try again", This means the search is bugged
you have to clear the text, exit trader, enter trader again, then search the item for an accurate result.
If you get the message " no item found. Modify your search and try again" then the search is displaying accurate results and the trader has nothing that your looking for.
Can still get the bugged message if there is items in the trader with that searched name but it will give the bugged message regardless.
I seem to be able to reliably replicate the bug by fast traveling
you have to clear the text, exit trader, enter trader again, then search the item for an accurate result.
