Is this a UI error or did ZOS do something to potions?

So I was looking thru my inventory deconning crap when something caught my eye as I was going thru my potions. They looked....weaker than I recalled so I look up some picture of potions from before the update and I noticed they are in fact weaker than before the update. I can't really tell if its a UI error or not since I'm mostly on console and only really go on PTS to test things but did ZOS nerf potion strength in this update?

Nermy✭✭✭✭✭Immovability pots were nerfed at some point, can't remember when. Will have a look to find out but don't hold your breath... lol
EDIT: Found it!
Adjusted the duration for all Immovable potions. The base duration has been reduced from a cap of 12.5 seconds to 8 seconds, leading to a Medicinal Use maximum of 10.4 seconds.
