Strangely I haven't expected any sarcasm. Support in this game is quite good.

The best thing is that you can role play with them.

I've had two really positive encounters with ZOS support as well. Can confirm from others I play with as well, that even if the situation didn't get resolved the support team did all they could and were communicative the entire time.

ZOS support is pretty good, and fast at least compared to other mmos Ive played.

I have had a couple of absolutely EXCELLENT interactions with ESO support team members. As you all likely know by now, my internet such huge boulders through little bitty straws.... and I had to have help from support to even figure out how to bypass steam (since I could NOT stay logged in through the steam client). I thought they would probably think I was just some idiot grandma (eh, well, I am after all some.... not usually an idiot with games though, since I've been playing them since 1985) but they were prompt, kind, and extremely helpful.

The other time was really just stupidity on my part - I though I was missing some piece of Warrior Poet (I think) gear, that turned out to be on another character.... *blush* Support was still very very kind and helpful.
