Thank you ROBERT from eso support! I realized that i accidently deleted a char back in february - i found this help article online that mentionned they might be able to bring her back.

Due to the amount of passed time and the way it was worded i didnt have much hope that it was possible but opened a ticket nevertheless.

I kid you not - 15 minutes!! after i sent in the ticket i already got the response from Robert that he restored my character - isnt that amazing?

Was really positively surprised and wanted to share this positive experience!

I've had a few tickets that took a few weeks.

One of them ended with the rep and myself equally confused. I was like, "where did this item come from?" and they were like, "I dunno."

The other one was the preorder items from Summerset. I couldn't provide the receipt, so that took a minute to sort out.

I have had a few tickets regarding player behavior in chat, where I got variations of, "we're sorry this happened to you." But, that's been mostly just, "click report; get the standard, "thanks for reporting this," with a follow up of, "oh ****," a few days later."

Glad to see this worked out so great for you.

They often get a bad rap but I think the ZOS support does a great job in helping people as much as they can.

Totally agree OP. I had an issue a couple of weeks ago and, even though it was a weekend, it was resolved within 24 hours.

ZOS support is far better than FD's.

I've only had one substandard incident with ESO support, the other three or four times I've needed help, the response has been really awesome.
I've had some really awful experiences with support in other games, so ESO's is really a refreshing change!

Funny you mention this, no doubt a sh?t load of tickets for performance issues from players, and nothing from ZOS, I agree ESO support is amazing, amazingly poor.

Yeah, thinking about it, the only times I've had unsatisfying interactions with Customer Relations was with forum moderation. Even then, the vast majority of interactions have been really positive.

Lovely to hear! Yes, ZOS customer service staff are some of the best I've encountered; always helpful and super friendly. They actually stand out in my mind as some of the friendliest CS agents I've ever dealt with.

I wanted to add my experience and give the support some praise. They answered me very quickly and were generous with their solution. Thanks!

Nice to see an appreciation thread for Elder Scrolls Online customer support. I agree with them being fantastic. I recently sent them a help request with little hope of regaining my losses, but they went above and beyond and reimbursed the items! Go go ESO customer support! Thank you for all your work! <3

Glad they were able to help you.

I bought an item from a guild store a few months back, and never got it. Sent a message to support, once they got the info, I had my 80k back. Customer Support are very pleasant and understanding. Also, I love how the RP while conversing, it is quite refreshing. They really are a friendly bunch.

I'm glad you got someone in support who was early in their shift, or just had their coffee and actually wanted to help. Props to all cx service agents mentioned in this thread!

The worst thing about ZOS cx service is how extremely inconsistent they are in responses, helpfulness, and solutions. See for example 98% of the other threads here about it.
If everyone got this kind of helpful responses, I think cx satisfaction could be much higher. Look at the happy people here!

Thank you for taking the time to share a positive experience, I have contacted them a few times and they have been good on all occasions.

It is normal for us to read about bad experiences but it does paint a picture that the service is "always bad" which it most certainly is not.

I have to say those responses to the tickets from support are funny. Necromancers and the Psijic Order. Good that they can do it with a sense of humour.

The few times I sent tickets I didn't get a funny response like this but they were immensely helpful and respectful.

It really shocked me, coming from SWTOR, a game where you can't even send a ticket unless you are a subscriber (screw preferred players that spent money on the game too) and even so, you are lucky if they respond at all... after a month... and help in any way.
