More health since update 21

Ever since the update hit I suddenly have around 1.5k more health that are not racial passive related (my main is a bosmer). Did anyone else notice this? Was there an explanation in the patch notes and I just didn't see it? If so, what is the exact reason? Because now i actually have too much health for a dd and could replace the second health glyph I have on my armor (since I kind of felt a little too squishy with just one) with a stamina glyph, no problem. Maybe even run purely stamina glyphs. But I don't want to change them just to find out that it was nothing but a weird glitch or something afterwards, so does anyone know anything about this?

They changed the way how max stats are calculated.
CP Boost (you get more hp,stam, mag, as you spend cps -> first 100 each color if I am not wrong) is now stronger.
For example, the HP Glyph you are talking about also gets this boost with the latest update.

Alot of % boosts got changed to flat stats -> also benefitting from the thing above.

Aah, so that's what this is! I had actually read about it, but I didn't think it would make such a huge impact. Well, that's nice, I suppose, means I can indeed change my glyphs now. Great, thank you for the quick answer!

(Which makes me realize that I should have made a question out of this instead of a discussion. :s )

It's pretty nice, hopefully tanks can drop ebon for vet dungeons now, it really isn't a requirement to complete effectively, I'd much rather the tank use something like torugs + alkosh or alkosh + powerful assault. Something to increase dps and help melt those dungeons so we can move on.

Have tanks moved away from ebon for vet dungeons?

My experience tanks wear anything in dungeons. Also 18k used be golden rule for health.

I personally never used it in dungeons if i don't see that group is super squishy.. but anyway magblade health in non-skoria with witchmother brew is only 15.8 without health glyphs, so ebon is still viable everywhere.

Ebon is very likely to remain for a long time. There is no set that does more to increase the survival of the group while still being a solid tanking set.

Most content requires two tanks. Only one wears Ebon, so Torugs and Alkosh are worn. so this is not an issue.

Of course I am talking trials not located in Craglorn.
