Vet Frostvult First Boss Bug

So I was trying go through it on my tank. The first boss however seem to be uninterruptible when knocking tank on the ground and beating him. All 3 members of the group went in and attempted to interrupt him at the same time and individually with no success. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue.
